Enrollment and Degree Verification

Augusta Tech Students

Students needing enrollment verification for the current term should request the Enrollment Certificate from National Student Clearinghouse using the steps below.

Enrollment Certification - National Student Clearinghouse

  1. Go to
  2. Login with your Augusta Tech credentials
  3. Click on the Student Records card
  4. Select Enrollment Verification
  5. Select either the current term or all terms based on your need.
  6. Click the obtain an enrollment certification link in the first bullet point to download the enrollment certificate. 

Note: If you get an error when clicking the obtain an enrollment certification link, you will need to email student.records@augustatech.edu for assistance. 

Students needing degree verification or enrollment verification for prior terms should .

Letter of Non-Enrollment or Withdrawal

  • Never Attended
    • Complete a  (Etrieve Form)
  • Withdrawal Letter
    • Prior to the current semester
    • During current semester
      • Complete a  (Etrieve Form)

Enrollment Verifications for current students will not be available until after No Shows have been reported, which is usually the third week of the semester.
